Adding a template and theme to page.

Template

Go to http://www.oswt.co.uk/startbootstrap/unstyled-templates.php and download a temple and related CSS and JS files.

Theme

Go to https://bootswatch.com/and download any theme. In here copy the CSS code and paste in notepad and save it in .CSS and then that files copy and paste to the project and include to the page.
